Katie Bun, you are a star, it was indeed 'Quand Tout S'enfuit' by Aline Lahoud who would have been the first representative for Lebanon in Eurovision - had they not withdrawn over issues on broadcasting the Israeli entry.
Apparently Dave the Penguin knew the answer as well.
