For us and the way we like to up and go, cats seemed to work out better.
They feed themselves and even bath themselves, and cover their fecal matter with smelly rocks.
No landmines! I went the cat way.
Oh yea...no bugs here anymore either.
The common house fly went the way of the do-do.

I used to be a cat lover now i could do without em....We've got 5 and i am really sick of stepping in the hairballs after 5 years.

I like cats but if I had one my dog wouldn't really get along with it.

Cats are cool..way less trouble than a dog..never heard of someone not getting their mail delivered because the cat was out..

Only the polar bear, and even then he'd have to get a lucky shot in.
A cat is also the fastest land mammal at 70mph running speed.
They can see in pitch black clearly, their sense of smell is thousands of times stronger than ours.
Although dogs have even more sensitive smell, they don't see colour as cats do.
There's a reason they call them the king of the beasts and every pagan religion in the world worships them, believing them to be godly.
Plus the little house ones are furry and cute and are a constant source of amusement.
The world would be a sad and drab place without them, in my opinion.
I never get tired of watching cat vids on youtube, especially this one which is from 'Planet Earth' DVD set.

My cats chase each other through the house, and they have no problem reaching the high places.
They jump off of our refrigerator onto tile all the time, just playing.
Even I could injure myself by jumping off my fridge.
I have to be careful when I'm around my grandparents’ small dogs.
If you drop them 2-3 feet, they could break a leg.

I love our neighbors cat - his wonderfull PRESENTS , ok, do without those, and its ok, anyone have a cat that loves to roll in the dirt and have his belly scratched, im not jk, he is one silly cat, only problem is the vet bills....
Get expensive, hence, waskly wabbits and guinea pigs

I love cats. i had one a few years ago that would sit behind something and wait for something to walk by, like my dog.
The cat, named spaz, would jump out from behind the couch and attack what walks by....mostly me or my dog.
It was funny, my 60lb dog was scared of my 5 lb cat, the cat ran that household
