The Sopranos The Movie - Neowin Forums
No, they told specific places not to do any renovations, specifically Bada-Bing.
I would really like a Sopranos movie, mostly because it was the best television series ever and I miss it, but they supplied us with enough episodes/seasons to keep me happy without a movie.

Although this is my favourite series and I've watched it the whole way through at least three times, I'm not sure if a movie would be a good idea.
It could have finished better and I realise a season is a lot of filming so that isn't an option but a movie just seems the wrong way to end it, especially if it's largely trying to cash in after seeing the success of the Sex and The City movie.

If you actually understood what was going on in the scene you would enjoy it more, I'm so tired of people bitching about the ending, do some research if you have to, learn the meaning behind the scene and the events that were taking place up the last second.
Bottom line is Tony died, but they wanted to make us say it, they left all the clues indicating so, but didn't do it.
If they do make a movie I hope its well written because the series finale, ended it pretty good.

I so hope this is true, recently been re-watching all the episodes - love it.
Still a bit confused about the finale ending, i fail to understand why the writers would have let us 'guess' that tony died when throughout the programme they've always been so straight to the point...

Yeah it was awesome then I felt it was spoiled by that ending but a movie would be good closure I feel.

Or they could do something about maybe when Tonys dad and Juniour where younger a sort of prequel movie.
