I had to laugh so hard when I first heard that they finally, finally got Dean Cain, after 6 years!
Too sad he'll be a baddy and die at the end, I can't imagine he's going to live at the end of the ep (IMG:style_emoticons/mediablvd/sad.gif)

Oh! This was so cool!
To have Dean guest star in it, (IMG:style_emoticons/mediablvd/smile.gif) Awsome!
(IMG:style_emoticons/mediablvd/grin.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/mediablvd/thumbsup.gif) Oh!
I think he will come back in a "future" eppisode, as how the show ran it's course.
(IMG:style_emoticons/mediablvd/wink.gif) .
I don't know I was wondering if his cousin is actually not nice, & just trying to blend in?
Then she really didn't like that other guy, ( the one that helps Clark), I don't know about him I really don't trust that guy really.
I guess when they get the ship, then maybe we will get to see whose really honest with Clark, & who his enemy's truley are.
Oh Yeah talk about that?
So What's with him always helping out Lex??
I didn't think they were good friends anymore??
Maybe a change of heart I supose eh??
(IMG:style_emoticons/mediablvd/shrug.gif)
I've been enjoying this years season as much as I did last ones, Great show!

This episode was a step up from the two previous installments, which brings a sigh of relief.
There was less of the sloppy editing, a problem that has plagued the series of late, and more actual characterization.
Even Kara was more substantial, which came as a pleasant surprise.
Its nice to see the writers deal with Chloes reaction to her meteor freak status.
That part of the episode was the highlight of the story, in fact.
I would have expected Dean Cains appearance to bring more heft to the production, but Dr.
Knox was poorly defined.
Apparently he was an homage to a villain from the DC canon, which may explain my lack of interest.
As I mentioned, Kara was less intrusive in this episode, and I like where theyre taking the character in a general sense.
Keeping her status questionable is a nice touch, though Im still concerned that the actress may not have the chops necessary to make it convincing.
I may be proven wrong, however, since I got the distinct impression that Kara has been acting the part of the spoiled brat to hide a more sinister side.
Such a revelation wouldnt change my opinion of earlier episodes, but it would give me a reason to like Kara.
Clarks Kryptonian family legacy is definitely interesting, and it is beginning to replace the Kent family legacy that fell to the wayside after Jonathans death.
This makes sense, especially since it will also make Clark question some of his choices within the human world.
His relationship with Lana is doomed as it is.
What if his decisions regarding Kara and her moral choices bring him to question Lanas current activities?
Speaking of that subplot, the writers may have found a way to make Lana more interesting in the short-term.
I still believe that the characters time has all but passed in the story, but unlike the previous few seasons, Lana is acting out of her own agenda instead of serving as an object to be possessed.
It could be very revealed, especially in terms of Clarks psychology, if he finds her less attractive when shes taking her life into her own hands.
This episode also reinforces the idea that Lex is acting out of a higher purpose.
Its always better when a villains motivations can be understood.
Lex still believes he is acting out of the greater good, protecting the world against an alien invasion, and from a certain point of view, hes not wrong.
His methods are the real issue.
This is something the writers should reinforce, because at the end of the day, Lex and Clark could still be on the same side.
It reminds us of who they were when the series started, and thats never a bad thing.

If I had to rate the episode, I'd give it a 6/9.
The plot with Dean Cain was interesting, but it was the normal way episodes go in Smallville.
Oh yeah, there's a FOTW - again and --- Oh great, Clark is weakened by Kryptonite - again.
I have to say that Clark didn't have real emotions when he found out that Lana took 10 millions from Lex.
Ot was like: "oh, I'm angry, but okay, that's it." No real emotion there imo.
I agree with entilzha that the story of the El family will be very interesting.
What did the Martian Manhunter do so that Kara is now so mad at him?
And why do they all (Jor-El and him) see a threat in her?
That'll be interesting to find out.
I really hoped that they would give Dean a special character, like they did with Chris Reeve back in seasons 2 and 3.
But instead, they didn't kill him at the end of the epi, because of course they still wanna have the chance to have him back later.
But where did the MM bring him?
Good question. And where did CK get his power from?
Didn't really understand that (IMG:style_emoticons/mediablvd/look.gif)

'Cure' is a good episode.
At last, we see Dean Cain in an episode of Smallville and he played a villain.
Jonn Jonzz is the second person who say that Kara can't be trusted.
As a result, we don't know if Kara is friend or foe.
Jimmy break up with Chloe because she doesn't trust him with her secrets.
It sad that they broke up, because they were a good couple.
Can't wait for future episodes.

I don't know why Chloe even wants a cure for her ability, she should just learn how to use it to help Humanity like Clark..
I mean I know it must be scary for her, but she does have Clarks help and I must say that's some pretty awesome help to have in your corner.

Well, she even said it: because she's afraid that she could kill herself.
Besides, you could use her ability for t rrible things.
Just imagine if someone would wake up Al Capone or whatever baddy.
That would be terrible and it would be all Chloe's fault.
On the other hand: hey, she could wake up Jonathan, that would be even better (IMG:style_emoticons/mediablvd/wink.gif)
