Grouped economies are the thing of the future (at least that's whats predicted) The NAU will come about to compete with the EU, then the Asian countries (possibly with Russia) will form a union.
Thus the world will be comprised of 3-5 unions.
If you're not in a union your economy will be worthless.
While the other nations have pooled their economies together.
It's one of the last stages of globalization.

Well in the EU (European Union) law enforcement is still divided by jurisdictional differences.
The individual countries will still exercise their particular laws and guidelines for certain things, however, the economy (as a whole), which is most important to making boat loads of money, will cross over and be blended for strength in numbers.
kind of a VERY summarized synopsis but hope that helps.

I have heard of this a few years ago and researched it.
It is the SSP act or something like that.
I looked on the government wedsites and found all of this information buried under random things that you would not think to look under.

Personally I think this is a joke, another one of those types of movies they throw together such as "911 was fake." They stated the obvious about the media, which of course blows things out of proportion just to get your attention.
Blah blah blah NAU blah blah.
Now the RFID chips were nothing new, I've known about them since 05, so yes that stuff is true.
No you do not have to get a chip in your ass but those who are so uptight about crime and safety will get their kids planted.
All in all I think this is dumb, and find it amusing watching people get all worked up over the truth and bullshit mixed together.
