I saw you, complain about how loud and noisy our bikes can be.
But, you didn’t see me, because your eyes were watering from my fully sick straight through Akra's up in your grill

That's a pretty weak link to techno...
But if you're going to call it that, it goes back way ealier (like way).
Early electronica was well before then;
1930's... 1920's maybe?
Lauren would probably be able to confirm such things.
Anywho, bai.

Electronica is pretty complex and somewhat not easily defined.
I wouldn't have called it "techno".
But whatevers... it doesn't really matter.
The main point was that electronica of that sort was around waaay before the 1960's, that's all.

Unfortunately, Prodigy didn't invent electronica but I agree entirely, they do fuckin rock.
Here's one of my faves (still is to this day) "Android" from about 91/92.
Even before anyone knew who the fuck they were, they were making absolute belterz.

BTW andy, you'd better come up with something on this one.
I call shenanigans.
And cheers Peter for the link, nice find.
NOTE: For anyone interested in the history of electronic & dance music generally, this is an amazing short doc on the "Amen Break".
Dubbed 'the world's most important 6 second drum loop', it'll be sure sure to spin you out if you've not been formally introduced to it.
