New to OzIdol. Could anyone help me with past performance orders? :: Australian Idol idolforums.com

So, I recently discovered just how much I LOVE OzIdol.

Cosima's "When the War Is Over"...don't even get me started ! But a couple of friends and I would like to watch entire seasons' performances from the very first semis night.

The problem is it's difficult to find a place that lists the order of the night's performances.

It's great that MOST of the videos can be found on the Australian Idol website, at least the finals.

I'll probably use that instead of YouTube. It would be terrific, however, if anyone can help me.

Has anyone kept a record of the order of performances for every single season (and every single week of each season)?

I could live without the semis if necessary.

I'm basically interested in the finals.

Some are on YouTube and have the number listed, but since not ALL are, I need your help. Also, does anyone know if torrents for the first three seasons can be found anywhere?

I can only find series 4 and 5 . Thanks in advance for all of your assistance!

I'm very grateful. This post has been edited by Cinemaniac86: Jun 30th 2008, 1:11 AM

Wikipedia has a pretty accurate listing of every single performance.

They even have the semi-finals as well. Here is that link.

I wanna watch it as if I was watching the actual episode. So American Idol's Top 6 night: 01.

Syesha 02. Jason 03.

Brooke 04. Archie 05.

Carly 06. Cookie See what I mean? I wish Wikipedia listed it by night and not person .

Oh yeah. Sorry. I think they only do that for Season 5.

I'll see what I can find.

Whatever you can, that'd be awesome. I'm currently on Season 3 right now;

Top 6 night. So, ya know...Anne is about to get robbed .

Oh Season 3...that was one of 'those' seasons...

Kate was the star of Season 3 ;P.

Quote: Kate was the star of Season 3 ;P. She's my second favorite !

I think she's underappreciated from some people I've discussed the season with .

Season 3 was...bad..except for Emily! Have you seen seasons 1 and 2?

Prob the best couple of seasons of Idol anywhere, particualy S2 Australian Idols: HAYLEY JENSEN, Emily Williams, Klancie Keough Lavina Williams, Natalie Gauci, Chanel Cole American Idols: Carrie Underwood, Mikalah Gordon, Vonzell Soloman, Kellie Pickler, Jennifer Hudson RockStars: Zayra Alvarez, Suzie McNeil Top Models: Kyle, CariDee, Dani, Renee American Idol 7's!

Quote: season 3 was...bad..except for Emily! Have you seen seasons 1 and 2?

Prob the best couple of seasons of Idol anywhere, particualy S2 Oh, of course!

Season 1 is amazing, because it brought me Cosima ("When the War Is Over" = one of the best things I've EVER seen), Shannon ("What About Me?" is another), Rob, Paulini, and Kelly. Season 2 is way better though.

And you'll be happy to know that I LOOOOVE Hayley .

My friend made me mp3s of performances and "If I Can't Have You" is one of my most played tracks .

Chanel was my favorite that season though, then a tie of Hayley and Ricki-Lee.

Anthony was also great, as were Daniel, Casey, and Emelia. Season 3 was the best imo for Anne, but Kate, Emily, and Dan were good too.

I dug Milly as well and James to an extent, though more so because I wanted to do him . I rea y wish I could find performance orders.

I'm so curious to know who got the pimp spots in Oz!

I'm not very sure on performance orders but I can safely say the pimp spots for the following weeks were: Season 1: Top 12 - Paulini "Don't Leave Me This Way" Top 10 - Levi "Rock Your Body" Top 8 - Guy "You're The Voice" Top 6 - Guy "When Doves Cry" Top 5 - Cosima "Respect" Top 4 - Shannon "New York, New York" Top 3 - Cosima "You Don't Have To Say You Love Me" Top 2 - Not sure... Season 2: Top 12 - Courtney "You Weren't In Love With Me" Top 11 - Ricki-Lee "Work It Out" Top 10 - Casey "Somebody To Love" Top 9 - Emelia "Turn the Beat Around" Top 8 - Anthony "The Prayer" Top 7 - Ricki-Lee "We Can Work It Out" Top 6 - Anthony "I Want To Know What Love Is" Top 5 - Hayley "Ain't No Mountain High Enough" Top 4 - Courtney "Don't Get Around Much Anymore" Top 3 - Anthony "Bridge Over Troubled Water" Top 2 - Again can't remember... Season 3: Top 13 - Dan E "Cryin' Shame" Top 11 - Milly "Do You Love Me" Top 10 - Emily "Bohemian Rhapsody" Top 9 - Anne "Independent Women" Top 8 - Kate "Cry Me A River" Top 7 - Lee "Eye of the Tiger" Top 6 - Emily "River Deep Mountain High" Top 5 - Dan E "Desperado" Top 4 - Dan E "Heartbreak Hotel" Top 3 - Emily "I Will Always Love You" Top 2 - Emily "Maybe Tonight" Hope that helps.

Uhm top 4 in season 4 was Kates pimp spot with the impossible dreamk thnx bye!

I probably won't watch the old OzIdol seasons until after Canadian Idol 6 is over, but thanks in advance for the info!

Quote: uhm top 4 in season 4 was Kates pimp spot with the impossible dreamk thnx bye! I'm 99.99% sure Dan got the pimp spot that week, as I was a Kate fan and I remember being pissed off that the producers were trying to screw Kate over.

"The Impossible Dream" was the perfect show closer and they chose Dan's average performance instead.

So thnx bye. Quote: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1NVXgZCRL-w that performance is a amazing After "When the War Is Over", this was my favorite performance from Cosima.

She looked amazing, performed it with such class, and sounded unbelievable.

What's even more unbelievable is that top 3 was the night she completely lost her voice.

She's AMAZING!

Quote: I'm not very sure on performance orders but I can safely say the pimp spots for the following weeks were: Season 1: Top 12 - Paulini "Don't Leave Me This Way" Top 10 - Levi "Rock Your Body" Top 8 - Guy "You're The Voice" Top 6 - Guy "When Doves Cry" Top 5 - Cosima "Respect" Top 4 - Shannon "New York, New York" Top 3 - Cosima "You Don't Have To Say You Love Me" Top 2 - Not sure... HELL YEAH IT DOES!!!!

Thank you s much . I know who to come back to when I get around to Series 4 and 5 now . If I could redo some things though, I'd give Cosima the pimp spot on Top 8 and Shannon the pimp spot on Top 10.
