First off, in case some of you weren't here last round, here is the old post about saya., telling you who she is.

I don't know what she is saying there, but she talks down to and bosses around Bison for the majority of the game.

Nothing to see after that really in that vid.
Well since we finally got a translation of Namco x Capcom I now know what actually goes on in the game, and Saya (as the main villain) pulls some pretty crazy shit.
-Prior to the game she is responsible for the incident which kills the main character's father, as well as a portion of the city.
-She at several points stops time in order to pull off nonsense, run off to do something, or just chat with a character she pulls out of time.
-To end a fight she scatters the party through out several dimensions and timelines, and then pulls characters and enemies back from those same other dimensions and times.
-at the end game she pulls the standard RPG nonsense of becoming crazy universe ending, with some insane robot god form that will end existense.
-she also bosses around all the respective major villains from the other universes, some of which are rather powerful Now we have these fights and we speculate about who would win.
If the characters are both in the same game though, then we really don't have to speculate.
Chun and Saya both meet up in Namco X Capcom, and anyone who has played it will tell you that Chun gets completely destroyed by Saya.
There is no question about if Chun could beat Saya, she can't and didn't.
Chun is crazy underpowered and only becomes a little useful when cammy joins her, and that's because of Cammy, not Chun.
Of course Chun is in other games, like 3S.
A game that has been reduced to ruin by her.
The 3S evo finals this year were painfully boring.
With match after match of Chun vs Chun nobody fucking cared anymore.
Chun Li has made this game have the most boring high level play imaginable.
I'm not attacking 3S here, I'm attacking her place in it.
Chun Li is boring!
She is ruining the favorite game of many people.
Vote against her for the sake of 3S!
Why is Chun so popular?
Because she was the first girl of street fighter?
Because she is hot?

This all comes down to Chun getting shot in the face.
She gets shot in the face in MvC2, and that's exactly what will happen here.

Heh, going the bad cosplay slander route when Saya isn't popular enough to have bad coplay.

To add to the Saya love, remember folks Saya made Bison, Red Arremer(sic), and several other NamCap big bads her bitches.
Bison is in Round 3.
Saya can arpe Dictator for free (both literally and metaphorically).
Not very many people can say the same.
Also, Saya has a gun and sword.
You can't turtle around and parry a tactical shotgun blast to the face now can you?
Chun may be the strongest "woman" in the world (although if you've seen what I've seen, she's about as female as Ron Jeremy), but she ain't strong enough to stop bullets.
For those of you who were torn last round between Tits and Legs, with Saya you get both.
Just use the ears like handlebars and off you go.

We seem to be missing the point here, Chun has back fierce, but Saya has Time/Space Manipulation.
Not only does that mean ZA WARUDO, it means she can stop Chun in mid roundhouse, shoot her in the gut a couple of times, grab stairs, push her down said stairs, shoot her again for good measure and then restart time.
She's got Fry's Caffeine Bullet Time, only she does it with sheer beastliness and sex appeal.
