What do you guys think is the best sniper setup for cqc?
Like what sub/sniper/px items?

Edit: But he asked for the best setup, as we all know PSG has the 1 hit chest kill so its the best sniper rifle for CQC imo.

M24, mp5k and adren/flashes.
More headshots, skill and less flame/hatred (than if you used psg)

I dont snipe in cqc but ull probably get alot of
sub/mp5k
sniper/PSG-1
PX/sniper ammo,compressed bandages and or adrenalin, 6th slot change and flash mines

Its true but if you got no skills i suggest awm in urban ops maps because if you buy psg-1 and u play cqc ur most likely to get ownted .
Couple days of go this guy was acting all big so i 1 vs 1 him sniping i had a psg with awm retail but i only used m24 ( FTW ) and i beat him so yeah .
But if you buy awm and play big maps and hide you can get some preety easy kills .
Oo by the way my ingame name is : tehk1ngm4n 2.50 kdr my clan is called Thunder_Cats .

No sniper 5th slot (except for flash bangs...
Those are actually kind of helpful with Hit indicator to locate enemies).
Personally I'd go AUG if you have AIAW retail...
No need to have PSG and AIAW

Yes it's rare but not nonexistent..
I saw yesterday in Cadoro a guy "aiwsniper" using AWM, and he destroyed enemy snipers who had PSG and M24.
Not an extreme score but he got like 12-5 anyways.
AWM has no bullet spread so it's also good..
And because chest-shot of AWM does 96% damage, if the target is even slightly wounded from grenade (9 bars or 9.5) he will die in 1 shot.

1.
Fist
2. mp5k
3. aug/m24 (depends on the map)
4.
Nades
5. n/a
6.flash/adren combo
7.
N.a
8. ai_aw if you have retail

Me I think Dualies and Glock are both better and cooler than mp5 I just cant understand how ppl can play with this piece of poo it looks like a dead dog.

PSG is the best sniper rifle for CQC hands down.
Argueably, people say the M24 is better.
They are all wannabes really, set them ingame with it and the PSG will make them cry.

Only guy I know who can own the PSG with the M24 is zaitsv.
And honestly, M24 is good, but PSG is so much better.
So what if it has chest shot?
Most sniper rifles in games do.
CoD4, CSS etc.
PSG with MP5K if you're sniping.
Just don't use it as a shot gun.

I agree.
Every so often i buy the psg because im bored of the m24, but it is just so much better if you like to keep on the move than the psg is.
The people who use the psg are normally those who lean at ends of hallways waiting to chest shot the enemy, or rush in shot gunning them.

When you get used to using the m24, you try using the psg again and u seriously see how poor it is in comparison.
You constantly miss shots that u think, 'i wouldv made that with an m24'.

Nah, I disagree lol.
PSG is for quick thinking, where if you had an M24, it's like "Now if that were a PSG..."
True the M24 feels better for headshots.
But that's if you can hit the head.
Most people I see using the M24 completely fail against the average Joe with a PSG.
An average PSG sniper will always win against the average M24 user.
The argument could then be that the M24 takes skill to use.
But why make work for yourself when you can just buy the PSG and get easy kills.
PSG is perfect for CQC, M24 is decent but I'd choose PSG everytime.

i agree with the glock part, HOWEVER
he asked for the most effect cqc setup, and having two semi-auto's is not wise in a cqc situation.
glock is 1clip per person usually, and DB's take alot of rounds to kill someone.
Either way, as a backup, MP5K would be best for a sniper (as much as i LOATHE the mp5k)
the mp5K is a PDW, so it is ideal.

Well...if ur not that great at sniping and just want some quick kills then all u really need is a psg and an mp5k xD

Kax you posted some good weps,too bad all of hem won't fit,and now everyone has awm retail.But for cqc sniping I'd get psg mp5k and maybe snipers ammo,psg is for spraying.
