Denver Broncos Flight Tracker Thread - Broncos Forums - Denver Broncos Fan Forums and Live News Feed

Looks like they flew into Houston Ellington for the game on a United 763, which is the standard plane for away trips.

Left yesterday at 1:14 and landed in Houston a little after 4.

My sources say the flight was uneventful. http://flightaware.com/live/flight/UAL9902

Interesting link actually. Thanks.

Please keep on topic - thanks

I must know.

I must know. You mean along the flight path?

Weather probably.

The weather you see in the image is not the weather during the flight.

If I'm not mistaken, there is usually alot of turbulence flying into Denver because of the Rocky Mountains, no?

I thought the airport in houston was called KFED.

It's not.

Not really flying to the east.

The afternoon is tough over the mountains due to high temp convections, I believe.

It's not. There is three: Houston Intercontinental (far too north from Reliant). Houston Hobby (Close to Reliant, but may not be able to handle a 763). Houston Ellington (Closed AFB I think, and fairly close to Reliant).

Ah ok. Here in Europe you don't usually get much turbulence, however, flying over the Alps can be pretty bumpy.

Usually mountain ranges cause more turbulence due to cold winds off of the peaks.

I have flown from Denver many times mostly to Las Vegas and Los Angels .

I have also flown to Miami and Dallas .

The turbulence is a lot worst flying to the west coast over the mountains then flying to the east.

Interesting thread.

Better than the guy who mistaken Bernie Mac for Champ Bailey.

Stalkers...

Yeah that's what I would assume.
