5 day under my belt - Badger & Blade

I received my: • Merkur Long Handle Heavy Classic • Vulfix 1000A Pure Badger • Colonel Conk: Almond Shave Soap;

Bay Rum Shave Soap;

Styptic Pencil • Stand, Mug & Blades for Fathers’ Day to late shave that day before church.

When I finally got it late in the day I had to try it.

Well no technique as well as bad prep left me a little bloody (and that styptic pencil does sting).

The only good thing was I did get a clue on how to create lather.

Monday was a little best as I learned to wield my new razor.

Each day thru today has gotten better and better.

It is absolutely wonderful to still feel clean shaven late in the day rather then sand paper. Thank you to all the people who have posted in here who truly kept me from slitting my throat this week.

Elvis would be proud of you.
