Boob to Face Ratio & Eye Response from Men?

Can this be calculated do you think? Is their a forumula? Do you think Cambridge University could do a study?

Perhaps:

A cup + pretty face = eyes to face
A cup + minger = turn around and face the wall
B cup + pretty face = eyes to face
C cup + pretty face = ricochet eye movement
D cup + pretty face = 75% boob/25% face
DD cup + pretty face = BOOBS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had many a conversation with men in which they focused almost their entire attention on my chest. Does this mean I am a minger or do my DD boobs prove to be such a distraction ........................
