Why doesn't it kill Virtumonde/Vundo?

I spent $30 on Spyware Doctor specifically to clean up a Virtumonde/Vundo infection on my PC.
So
Why this is happening because Spyware Doctor is deleting the Virtumonde/Vundo and it...

This all happened yesterday (Dec. 29).
I detected virtumonde on my computer with Ad-Aware
and
delete the recently created dll's in Windows/System32 (dated Dec 28
and later), virtumonde

, i THINK i was finally able to remove Virtumonde. Now that i run Malwarebytes it doesn't find any
Virtumonde, nor does SpyBot S&D. Although, when scanning with SpyBot S&D, on the bottom, i see S&D
