that my automatic updates were turned off. I then did an Ad-Aware scan and found Virtumonde. I "deleted

I have been infected by Virtumonde and spybot can not remove it, I need help here is my

I can't get rid of virtumonde i've ran adaware and it keeps coming back as soon as i delete
it. I've also used spybot but it keeps coming back. Please help.
