Odd ACP behavior after 0.4.1 install

the Admin CP link at the bottom is asks me to re-authenticate as usual.
I type in my password and hit
submit, and it tells me I have successfully authenticated, but then (whether I click the proceed link

Once you are logged into the board, click on the "Admin CP" link found...
". type in your domain link for example: "www.yourdomain.com/forums/install/install....
