2,2 Firmware-Updated App Store Apps Wont Sync

Ever since I went to 2.2, I can't "update" App Store Apps. I get an error message every time saying
" version of the App and installing the new one. This, however, obviously leads to lost app data.

Can someone help me? I have about a page and a half of app store apps. Everytime I try to open one
, it crashes. It will let me open all my cydia apps but the ones from the app store crash. I've tried

Can anyone give me a list of open source apps on the appstore. Mainly ones under
gpl, lgpl license? I know cube is under zlib I believe.
