Which Race is the best close combat oriented force in 40K?
I am trying to make a good dedicated
close combat army. I want to know which race would be estimated as the best flat out close combat race.

both bolt pistols and bolt guns as well as a ccw.
In close combat, when NOT charging, do they get one
attack (thus, the value in their profile) or 2 (1 standard + 1 for the close combat weapon)?

I was wondering if you are able to cast spells while the caster is in close combat. I was unable
to find it in the rule. It seems that the only time u cant cast a spell is if your target is in close
